How to Return an Item
If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item, we are here to help! Prior approval is mandatory before any return/exchange can be accepted. The customer must first contact ALP Supply at 800.332.7090 or sales@alpsupply.com. Both the customer and ALP Supply must agree that the material qualifies for a return, in which case an RMA number will be issued to the customer. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA number.
Custom orders, post-tensioning/prestressing chucks and accessories, as well as select lifting devices are sold on a “final sale” basis and cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or credited. Select lifting devices include Lifting Pin Lift Eyes, Lifting Pin Chain Style Lift Eyes, Standard Quiklift® Ring Clutches, Cable Quiklift® Ring Clutches, Swivel Lift Plates, and Double Swivel Lift Plates.
Unless otherwise noted in writing, products may be returned within 30 days of invoiced date for refund (excluding shipping & handling charges). Any returns for shipping errors, damage or loss upon delivery must be reported within 5 business days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused and include original packaging and Packing List with the returned item circled, and a short description of the reason for return. Other exclusions may apply.
Should the customer choose a refund, ALP Supply will either credit the cost of the merchandise according to the payment method used or a product credit will be issued to the customer’s account. Credit will be reimbursed upon receipt and inspection of the material. Customers are responsible for the following refund/ exchange charges:
- Return shipping charges (must be prepaid and are not refundable)
- ALP Supply’s original expenses for shipping and handling if applicable
- 10% restocking fee
Customers must abide by the return requirements above in order for ALP Supply to approve the return and provide any credit.
For Canadian or other international returns, shipping costs, as well as import duties and additional fees necessary to get the product shipped back to ALP Supply, will not be refunded. These orders are also subject to the conditions and fees stated above.
